7803 students from 102 countries applied to the International Anatolian Imam Hatip, International Theology Undergraduate, and International Theology Graduate Programs of Turkiye Diyanet Foundation, which offer educational opportunities to foreign students.<\/p>\n
Ihsan A\u00e7\u0131k, chairman of the Board of Trustees of Turkiye Diyanet Foundation, stated that students from Europe to Africa, the Asia Pacific to Latin America, Central Asia to the Balkans have applied for scholarship programs and that as a Foundation, they always prioritize education activities both in Turkiye and abroad.<\/p>\n
Emphasizing that the Presidency of Religious Affairs, the Ministry of Education, and theological faculties provide international scholarship programs, \u0130hsan A\u00e7\u0131k said, “With the support of our charitable, and as part of the protocol we have signed with the Ministry of National Education, our foundation currently provides 5,880 students in Turkiye. And that number goes up every year, hosting students from all over the world. We ensure that our international students receive the best education by meeting all their needs, such as transportation, accommodation, and scholarships, So they can train themselves in the best way, and they can become individuals who will change the fate of their country.”<\/p>\n
Emphasizing the fact that 6,689 students applied for the international scholarship programs last year, A\u00e7\u0131k said, “Students and families have been entrusted to our scholarship programs every year, and this year 7,803 students from 102 countries have applied to our scholarship programs.\u00a0 3907 students applied to the International Anatolian Imam Hatip High School, 2951 students to the International Theology Undergraduate Program, and 967 students to our International Theology Graduate Scholarship Program. After the evaluation of the applications, the students who are qualified to study in Turkiye will be determined through written and oral interviews to be held in the relevant countries. For the 2022-2023 academic year, we will bring a total of 820 students to our country, including 540 students for the International Anatolian Imam Hatip High School, 200 for the International Theology Undergraduate Program, and 80 for the International Theology Graduate Scholarship Programme. Our students who are studying in our country lead to the establishment of heart bridges between nations.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
