TDV will receive donations of Qurbani until the first day of Eid

Türkiye Diyanet Foundation (TDV) General Manager İzani Turan said that muftis in 81 provinces and 1003 branches of the foundation will receive donations of Qurbani on the needy’s behalf until the end of the first day of Eid.

Turan stated that the citizens showed great curiosity about the Qurbani organization organized by TDV with the theme of “Share Your Qurbani, Get Closer to Your Brother”.

Announcing that donors can donate Qurbanies until 17.00 on the first day of Eid, Turan said, “Our benefactors will be able to donate online from ‘tdv.org’ and ‘bagis.tdv.org’ addresses as well as entrust their Qurbanies through our mobile donation application. Through PTT branches and banks, they will be able to donate until the end of working hours tomorrow.” He said.

Stating that they are working meticulously to fulfill the Qurbani donations entrusted to them with great care, Turan said, “The staff and volunteers of our foundation set out to make Qurbanies in 375 regions in 82 countries, mainly in Türkiye.”

İzani Turan has said that since 1993, benefactors get involved in a Qurbani slaughter regarding Islamic procedures under their prayers and support, and that they have carried out a Qurbani slaughter following religious principles. We have been meticulously surveying every aspect of the organization, from the receipt of donations to the slaughter and distribution of Qurbani. In doing so, we are also building bridges of brotherhood and building castles of attachment.”

Turan reminded us that the price of Qurbani on the needy’s behalf in 2022 was determined as 2 thousand 250 TL in Türkiye and 1800 TL abroad.
