Abdulkadir Karabinta, a Malian who completed his university education in Turkiye with a scholarship provided by the Turkiye Diyanet Foundation (TDV), supports the needy and young people in his country with his honorary representative post after returning to his country.
Born in Segou, Karabinta was influenced by the books he read about the Ottoman Empire and Turkiye during his middle school years. Karabin decided to take her university education in Turkiye and after finishing high school with a degree, she took the interview and exam organized by the Turkiye Diyanet Foundation in Mali.
After his success, Karabinta started to study at Bursa Uludağ University Faculty of Theology in 2011 and stayed in the dormitory belonging to the foundation during his education. After completing the university in 2018, Karabinta returned to his home country and began to serve as the honorary representative of TDV in Mali. Karabinta, a 27-year-old father of a child who has come to the aid of orphanages, schools, and needy citizens in his country, is involved in organizing TDV’s activities efforts in Mali. Karabinta provides information to the young people in Malili about the conditions of education in Turkiye and enables them to receive education in Turkiye every year.
“Turkiye is trying to reach out wherever there is an oppressed”
Abdülkadir Karabinta said that TDV has a very important part of his life and that he had realized his dream of studying at university thanks to the support they provided.
Explaining that he had never been a stranger during his education in Turkiye, Karabinta said:
“The Turkish people are trying to support everyone, regardless of religion, language, or color. I insist that Turkiye is the only basis of Islamic countries. Turkiye is a country that loves all Muslims. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan is especially important to me. He’s the basis for all Muslims right now. He loves Islam, Muslims, and all people. May Almighty Allah bless him. Turkiye does not like cruelty and oppression, it tries to reach out to wherever there is an oppressed.”
Karabinta stated that he was very happy when he received an honorary representation offer from TDV after returning to his country and immediately started working throughout Mali. Karabinta stated that he is always with the oppressed as taught in Turkiye and that he strives to deliver the aid sent by TDV to the real needy and supports the water well drilling. Karabinta added that he never took the Turkish and Malian flags away from him and that he proudly described what Turkiye had done for his country in every environment.
“He is a throne in the hearts of both us and countrymen.”
TDV Mali Representative Furkan Taze explained that Abdulkadir Karabinta is very hardworking and reflects Turkiye’s justice and tolerance to his country in his work. “Thanks to him, we deliver the donations of our benefactors to those in real need in Mali. He reigns in the hearts of both us and his countrymen with this voluntary mission.” Taze said.
