The President of Religious Affairs, Arpaguş, delivered a speech at the mosque constructed by TDV in Skopje

TDV Mosque in Skopje Welcomes Religious Affairs President Arpaguş for Ramadan Sermon

Prof. Dr. Safi Arpaguş, President of Religious Affairs and Chairman of the TDV Board, addressed worshippers and led Tarawih prayers at the TDV mosque in Skopje, North Macedonia. Quoting the Prophet Muhammad’s hadith about Muslims being “like bricks of a building,” he emphasized the Qur’anic message of brotherhood among believers. Arpaguş remarked on the importance of sharing sustenance, love, and companionship during holy Ramadan and expressed his wish to unite with brothers in Kosovo, North Macedonia, Western Thrace, and Bulgaria. Conveying greetings from President Erdoğan and the Turkish nation, he encouraged believers to protect one another in both joy and sorrow. Following the prayer, Qur’ans were distributed to the congregation under the “My Present Is Quran” initiative, jointly organized by TDV and the Presidency of Religious Affairs.
