The Türkiye Diyanet Foundation has delivered aid to more than 2.1 million people in Türkiye and around the world throughout the month of holy Ramadan.
TDV General Manager İzani Turan announced that this year’s campaign, titled “Don’t Forget Your Brother, Hoped For One Is You,” prioritized support for earthquake-affected areas, as well as those in Palestine and Syria.
Turan stated that aid was distributed across all 81 provinces in Türkiye and in 83 countries, covering 437 regions globally.
“With the support of our people, we helped our brothers and sisters spend Ramadan in peace,” he said.
Turan pointed out that global disasters and conflicts have led to a growing number of needy people.
Yet, Türkiye continues to serve as a beacon of generosity worldwide.
“Even in the face of hardship, our nation protects its neighbors, supports its brothers, and embraces orphans,” he said.
“Our donors’ sense of solidarity is growing every day. We remain a bridge between those who offer and the needy.”
423 million TL in aid reached over 2.1 million people

“This holy Ramadan, we once again demonstrated the true spirit of sharing, solidarity, and brotherhood,” Turan said. As part of the 2025 Ramadan Program, the foundation delivered aid especially to earthquake-hit areas. Through its 1,003 branches across all 81 provinces and their districts, TDV distributed: 2,000 food packages, 131,050 shopping aid cards, 145,500 Iftar meals, and 32,024 sets of Eid clothing. Reaching a total of 842,774 people in Türkiye. Abroad, in 83 countries and 437 regions, TDV delivered 189,075 food packages, 346,428 Iftar and meal packages, and 17,970 sets of Eid clothing. Touching the lives of 1,309,773 people globally. “In total, during our 2025 Ramadan program, we provided 423,096,908 Turkish lira in humanitarian aid to 2,152,547 people at home and abroad,” Turan stated. He concluded by affirming that the Türkiye Diyanet Foundation will continue its mission of spreading goodness across the world, even after Ramadan.
