Türkiye Diyanet Foundation (TDV) distributed 1150 copies of the Holy Quran in Nigeria, a country located in West Africa.
As part of the “My Present Is Quran” campaign, 1150 copies of the Holy Quran translated into local languages of the country were presented as gifts in the Kuje and Dutse districts of the capital Abuja, Nigeria.
The distribution program was attended by Abdülcelil Alpkıray, the head of the Muslim Countries and Communities Department at the Presidency of Religious Affairs Directorate of External Relations, and Hüseyin Ortaç, Counsellor for Religious Affairs in Abuja
Türkiye Diyanet Foundation (TDV) had previously presented 2,000 copies of the Holy Quran as gifts to Muslims in the capital city of Abuja and the Kano state of Nigeria.
