Rap music artist Resul Aydemir recited hymns with students at the Turkiye Diyanet Foundation’s (TDV) educational center in Abidjan, Ivory Coast.

Aydemir, TDV General Manager Izani Turan, and his accompanying representatives visited the students of the Quran course at the educational center.

Aydemir presented the gifts he brought from Turkiye to the students and then sang Arabic hymns with the children.

“We have delivered the consigned of the Turkish nation to the right people in the right place”

Aydemir stated that the Ramadan organization organized by TDV throughout Ivory Coast went very well and that the Turkish nation delivered its consigned to the right people in the right place.

Stating that the students were greeted with chants and takbirs and presented gifts to them, Aydemir asked, “Does anyone want to study in Turkiye?” Explaining that all children raised their hands when asked, “I hope these brothers and sisters of the Ummah will also come to study in our country and return to become useful individuals in Ivory Coast. I would like to thank the Turkish people and TDV for making us partners in this goodness.”

Aydemir said that rap music is a form of music that African-Americans find. “I make their music. My experiences here will play a part in future works as an artist.” He added.
